I always get the question from friends, “What books are you reading?”  For the sake of this post, I’ll focus on the business books that I am reading or have recently read (and recommend).  I like business books that motivate and encourage – it’s totally my nature to motivate and encourage, so I enjoy the same treatment from authors and find these types of books put a spike in my motivation level.
